Why is it important to create an outline before writing a paper? What web tool did you choose to start building your outline in? How would you evaluate the tool? Easy to use, difficult, fun, pretty looking, etc.
It is important to have a outline because while you are writing your paper you have an idea of what you wanna be writing your not just writing everything off the top of your head. I used Text 2 Mind For my outline, The tool was very easy to use and simple to use.
